西城故事 West Side Story

1962奧斯卡最佳影片，曼哈頓流氓團版[羅密歐與朱麗葉]。故事太無聊，飽受好評的歌舞段落對我也毫無吸引力，不過佈景（尤其是配色）和表演值得一看。PS：沒想到這部豪攬10項奧斯卡大獎的經典，竟然是我看過的最為無感的歌舞片...... （6.5/10）

看到人們一錯再錯。毀掉所有挽回餘地。大多數錯不是在邪惡，我們很久以前就被誤導。愚昧荒謬誤解歧視仇恨自大心虛。數來都是人性弱點。教育真正的功課是控制人類弱點。作為歌舞片，確是一部巔峰之作。時代特徵鮮明。

What an experience! Genius choreography! All the songs and dances are integral to the narrative and done splendidly; keep you intrigued and leave you wanting more! The most fun and interesting modern Shakespeare adaptation for sure. Left me in awe of its creativity and originality, which still holds up after nearly 60 years!

這種題材的電影用音樂劇的形式來表現還真是別有一番風味，為啥我不覺得音樂好聽？

經典就是經典啊；明明很老套的情節了還是會被感動。看得出來邁邁在這部電影中找到很多靈感。 -- 2011-11-15
