2013年，《爭氣》記錄了一班來自香港三間被視爲弱勢中學和一間視障學校的學生們，通過音樂劇的訓練而發現自我的歷程。六年後，這班年輕人過着怎樣的生活？《繼續爭氣》這部電影，通過回訪其中四位主角，阿博、Coby、小芬和子諾，記錄他們這數年間經歷的蛻變與成長，以及如今面對的挑戰。
