劇情描述五位年輕人被相中成爲「五虎將」而加入黑幫，面對金錢、權力、鬥爭及各種荒淫、放蕩、玩樂的誘惑，在迷失目標及價值觀扭曲的情況下，逐漸踏上難以回頭的不歸路…。全片大部份場景都在位於吉隆坡和雪蘭莪之間的甲洞取景，集結謝佳見、許亮宇、戴祖雄、黃競輝及林凱豐五位大男生共同演出，五人在片中也將有上空裸露戲，展現精壯好身材。值得一提的是，臺灣歌手「Linda」廖語晴也在片中飾演來自臺灣的黑幫大姐，並會有大尺度的激情演出，不僅將在片中展現豪放演技，更將「餓女撲嫩男」，與謝佳見上演火熱車震戲碼。
