80年代爆紅樂隊 a-ha 憑「Take On Me」一曲風靡全球，其劃時代真人配以鉛筆動畫MV更為人津津樂道，時至今日仍有無數電影以此曲作為配樂。相隔七年a-ha再度推出新專輯《True North》，樂隊成員Magne Furuholmen稱新專輯為一封來自a-ha、北極圈以及挪威極北的詩。電影紀錄了 a-ha 與挪威管弦樂團 Arctic Philharmonic的優美演出，樂隊成員常在挪威的日生活片段，更以影像及動人心弦的音樂細訴人類與大自然的關係。當中不乏小插曲片段， 讓粉絲近距離於大銀幕感受樂隊在挪威博多錄影a-ha : True North (2022) 時的點滴。
