同為“無聲恐怖片”，《死寂逃亡》難免不讓人聯想到《寂靜之地》，很難說兩部電影誰優誰劣，做為主要靠氛圍營造恐怖感的電影，兩部各有千秋。反而在主題深挖上，其實《死寂逃亡》走的更遠，讓人類陷入末日困境的，比變異蝙蝠更恐怖的，是暗黑人性。如果影片往希區柯克《群鳥》的懸疑上偏，會更好。

撞題片一般都沒啥意思，很多橋段跟以往驚悚片相比都太雷同，不過高概念賣給網飛就沒錯了，哪怕是賤賣…另外這片原著出版時間和開拍時間都比《寂靜之地》早，艾米莉·布朗特還是斯坦利·圖齊的小姨子，線上線下也算是連接起了寂靜宇宙（笑）。

【D】閱後即忘不痛不癢，太老套了，屬於那種“雖然是第一次看但感覺之前已經看過一萬次”的片子，嚴重懷疑好萊塢災難片/恐怖片的編劇都才思枯竭了，整來整去還是那些東西。
