影片由紀錄片《the wrestlers Fighting with My Family》啟發，改編自真實事件。訓練的殘酷、女性職業的尊重、家庭支持的力量都在這部影片裡得到了呈現，有笑料有爭執有退縮有感動。還是勵志故事的舊瓶子，劇本上改編的亮點並不大。結尾綿羊音的歌不錯。

非常應運而生的大女主故事，但是結構有點遺憾。開頭有些拖沓，為了介紹這個家庭的設定花了好些時間，結尾有有些戛然而止。但最精彩的部分就是中間的三線齊進：女主在逆境下的成長線，與其他女拳擊手的關係線，與哥哥的情感線。

拍得過於平面了，節奏也有問題，雖然女性摔跤職業的歧視、摔跤職業的困境都有提到，但是隻是點了而已。ps：直到看完我其實也沒明白，教練從Paige身上看到的是什麼。
