紫浠是一條來自大海的美人魚，因為大海被汙染，來到了人類的世界，尋找變成人類的方法，她在陸地上以熱身教練的身份來隱藏自己，而就在她在陸地上當教練的時候，遇到了呆呆傻傻的阿飛，阿飛看到了紫浠，愛上了她，可是紫浠卻一心只想找變成人類的方法，就在阿飛死纏爛打的追紫浠的時候，大海里的另一個族類阿黑也來到了岸上，找尋變成人類的方法的同時，也要殺了紫浠，就在最後一刻，阿黑要殺紫浠的時候，阿飛衝了出來，救了紫浠一命，而紫浠，也變成了人類。
